Mango Cheese Cake 芒果芝士蛋糕
Ingredients 材料;
芒果汁500克,
芒果茸200克,
奶油芝士100克,
蛋黃8只,
玉米粉100克,
糖50克
Method製作方法 :
1.芒果取肉,打爛成芒果茸。
2.將奶油芝士、糖、芒果茸用攪拌器攪碎,緩慢加入蛋黃攪拌成糊狀。
3.倒入用芒果汁、玉米粉,拌勻,盛入容器中。
4.放入烤箱烘烤溫度調到190度,烘烤時間為50分鐘取出, 置涼, 既可食用
