凉拌枸杞山药
凉拌枸杞山药
材料:
1. 山藥
2. 枸杞 調味料: 日式醬油,新鮮檸檬汁
做法:
1. 將山藥切細絲,然後浸泡在冰水中,撈出瀝乾備用
2. 枸杞用溫水泡軟, 撈出瀝乾備用
3. 將山藥放入盤中並灑上枸杞,加入適量的醬油和檸檬汁(視個人口味),即可食用 ***也可用日本納豆取代枸杞,芥末醬取代檸檬汁,味道也不錯 ***Pot luck時建議將調味料另外裝,等食用時再加入 。
