Egg Tart 簡易蛋撻
Ingredient材料
雞蛋5隻, 砂糖6安士,
滾水10安士,
淡奶4杯,
吉士粉2湯匙,
白醋1/4茶匙
Method做法
1.滾水及糖攪溶 2.蛋拂勻,加入花奶、吉士粉、白醋 . 然後將糖水倒入,濾去泡沫, 便成蛋汁
3.將蛋汁倒入撻殼約九成滿 ,用焗爐375 (190)焗約20分鐘,即可
