可樂排骨
調味料:
可口可樂1 罐,
醬油2 大匙,
米酒少許,
胡椒粉少許
Method 做法:
1. 煮滾一鍋水後放入肋排再煮1 分鐘,撈起備用。(入油少許,至鍋熱放入肋排,煎至4 面金黃, 起鍋備用)。
2. 取一深鍋,入油,大蒜拍扁後去皮,入油鍋爆香。
3. 放入肋排,入米酒少許,胡椒粉少許,入醬油,至肋排入色,入可樂,大火煮至滾後,轉小火,燉煮1.5 至2 小時–即可。
