Angel Cake 天使蛋糕


Angel Cake 天使蛋糕

材料,
1) flour 麵粉 1cup , baking power發粉1 tsp, salt盐 1/4 tsp
2)egg yolk蛋黄 8 pcs , vegetable oil 油1/2cup,  milk鮮奶1/2cup,  sugar 糖3/4 cup,  vanilla香草精1 tsp.
3) egg white 蛋白 8pcs, cream of tartar 塔塔粉1/2tsp

做法:
1--将 pour(1) sift together , put a side for later use.
2--mix( 2) , use -speed ,beat for 8 minute, then put dry (1) ingredient on  low speed mix,then hight speed until smooth  about for 5min
3--use high speed beat to form soft peaks, stiff,shinny  fold egg yolk mixture into meringue(蛋白混合物) , 用刮刀輕輕拌匀 until blended
4--preheat 350f (180c) 焗大約for 40-45 minute ,until cake spring back in pan.取出倒扣凉架上等凉。
