炒薑絲木耳
炒薑絲木耳
材料:
1. 大有機黑木耳5g(大日晒乾較好)
2. 有機薑50g
3. 米醂2大匙
4. 有機淡味醬油2大匙
5. 水2大匙
6. 蜂蜜1大匙(或可用麥芽,楓糖取代)
7. 白芝麻油1大匙
做法:
1. 黑木耳用冷水泡軟後用熱水川燙後瀝乾剝成小塊
2. 薑帶皮洗淨,切成細絲
3. 小鍋中先舖平黑木耳,再放上薑絲,加入水,蓋上鍋蓋以中火蒸煮至湯汁收乾,調入米醂,醬油,蓋上鍋蓋,繼續煮到湯汁收乾後,淋下麻油,蜂蜜,改大火拌炒均勻即可 。
