Ingredients:
4oz/100ml : Butter (or margarine)
4oz/100ml: All purpose Flour (Remarks : same volume for butter or flour)
2 tsp/10ml : Chicken both power.
2 tsp/10ml: minced garlic (2 cloves)
8 cups (2 L): Water ( or use 1 to 2 cans chicken both instead of power)
½ pound: Salmon fish (or more favorites, fish, clam etc)
1 cup /or 2 Carrots
1 cup /or one Large Onion
1 large Potato
Half cup/ or 1 Celery
Salt black pepper, parsley or thyme
Optional: clam meat/ can corn/ Fennel bulb
Method:
1). Heat a large pot, Add oil (or margarine), add the vegetables (all diced), stirring well with each addition until vegetable are tender. To taste with salt and black pepper, parsley or thyme. Then remove from the stove.2). Place pot into med heated stove top and put butter into the pot after melted , then slowly put the flour into it. Wait until the flour get done, add the water slowly (little at a time, repeat this many time) until it turn in white creamy look, then you can add the vegetable and your favor like salmon fish. Stir until the soup boil again.
三文魚忌廉濃湯
材料;
黃油(或人造黃油): 4盎司/ 100ml:
麵粉: 4盎司/ 100ml
蒜茸 : 2茶匙(2粒)
水: 8杯(2升)(或其中可用1至2罐雞湯,代替相同水的分量)
三文魚: 半磅(如喜歡或更多些等)
紅蘿蔔 : 1杯/或2根
大洋蔥 : 1杯/或一個
薯仔 : 1大個
西芹 : 半杯
茴香頭: 一個(切粒)
鹽,黑胡椒粉,意大利芫茜, 百里香
如喜歡可另加選:蛤蜊肉一小罐/一罐玉米粒
方法:
1)烧熱大鍋內,加的油(或人造黃油),加入蔬菜(全部切丁),煮至蔬菜變軟攪拌好。放鹽和黑胡椒,香菜和百里香。然後备用。
2) 用另一個高身的鍋加熱,把黃油放入鍋中融化後,再慢慢把麵粉進去。攪拌麵粉後,慢慢分次數加入水(期間不停的攪拌直至倒入所有水),直到它變成白色奶油的樣子,那麼你就可以添加蔬菜煮至滚,然後放入三文魚攪拌,即息火。加鹽,黑胡椒粉,意大利芫茜, 百里香。香噴噴的三文魚忌廉湯就食得啦。
