Chocolate Brownie Cookies I


Ingredients: 材料:                                                                   

4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1-1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder 
1/2 tsp. salt2 eggs

1-1/2 cups sugar

2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts, 25oml (optional)
Method 做法:


1.) Preheat over to 350'F . Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2.) Melt butter and chocolate in low heat, until smooth. Cool slightly.
3.) Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Blend chocolate misture with egg mixture. Fold in flour mixture. 
4.) Place dough on cookie sheets in approximately 1 T. mounds and 2 inches apart. Bake 9-10 minutes. Makes 24 cookies.

Chocolate Brownie Cookies --Method II
Ingredients: 材料:
1-1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 325ml.   
1 cup unsalted butter, 250ml
1 cup chocolate (cocoa power)
2 cups sugar, 500ml
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder, 5ml
2 tsp vanilla 7ml
1 cup chopped nuts, 25oml (optional)
Method製作方法 :
1.) Stir flour, baking power and salt. Blend eggs, sugar and vanilla.
2.) Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat, stir in chocolate power.
3.) Blend chocolate mixture with egg mixture. Fold in flour mixture.
4.) Bake in preheated 350' F (180'c) oven 15 minutes or until done.
