香草羊架


香草羊架
材料: 1.羊架原塊  2.鹽 3.黑胡椒粉1T   4.綜合香草1T  5.芥末醬3T  6.麵包粉2T   7.紅酒200ml

  作法: 1.烤箱先預熱400F  2.鹽,黑胡椒粉均勻塗抹羊架,醃15分鐘.  3.綜合香草、芥末醬拌勻,在羊架上塗抹均勻,沾蛋汁再沾麵包粉後入烤  箱烤15分鐘取出.   4.小鍋燒熱倒入紅酒,小火蒸發至剩1/3,淋在羊架上.
