芒果布甸
材料:
芒果啫哩粉

盒,
芒果
四個
(
去皮起肉切粒
)
花奶
2
杯,
熱水
2
杯, 雞蛋
2
隻
做法:
芒果啫哩粉與雞蛋攪勻
,
注入熱水
,
一邊加水
,
一邊快
手不停攪拌至啫哩粉完全溶解
,
畧為攤凍
,
加入花奶
及芒果肉拌勻
,
雪凍至凝固
註
:
花奶可以用鮮奶代替
,
但用花奶會較香滑
,
或一半
花奶
,
一半鮮奶
