Ingredients:
4oz/100ml Butter or margarine:
4oz/100ml All purpose Flour (Remarks : same volume for butter or flour)
8 cups Water :
1 cup Mushrooms: or more depend your choice.(Sliced for regular soup or chopped pieces for blending soup)
2 tsp/10ml: minced garlic (2 cloves)
1 cup Onion: - for blender
half cup Celery :for blender
1 cup Ham : chopped small piece (optional) to taste : salt pepper,
Method 1: (Regular mushroom soup):
Place pot into med heated stove top and put butter into the pot after melted then slowly put the flour into it. Wait until the flour get done then add the water slowly until it turn in white creamy look then you can add your favor like sliced mushroom or else...
Method 2: (Blended mushroom soup):
Place pot into med heated stove top and put butter into the pot after melted then slowly put the flour into it. Wait until the flour get done then add the water slowly until it turn in white creamy look. Remove the pot from stove, and take 2 cup of creamy soup into the blender with all chopped ingredients. After all the material blended, then place into the pot and reheat until it boil again.
