材料:
肋排,肉桂一條,蒜頭5粒,蔥一支,八角2粒,冰糖/片糖2匙,酒2大匙,醬油(抽)4匙,黑醋2匙,蕃茄醬2匙
做法:
1)排骨放入(醬油,酒,蕃茄醬)醃料醃過夜
2)煎至金黃
3)將排骨放入電鍋內,底部加入蒽蒜肉桂,八角,醬油,酒,糖,小量的水。
4)炆水煮50分鐘,最後加入糖煮至汁變稠。
