曰式叉燒

 

材料:料

五花腩800g, 蔥一條, 蒜頭,薑小許,水600ml, 老抽2匙,味啉一匙,酒2匙,冰糖2粒

做法:

1)將肉倦起用繩綁住,將油薑蔥蒜炒香放入卷肉煎香,轉小火,加入其他汁料(老抽,味啉,水,糖)煮一小時。
