意大利麵的150g, 蜆肉200g(罐頭也可以),白酒120ml, 蒜頭3粒,干蔥2粒,芫茜小許,紅辣椒3只,番茄40g, 薯仔20g, 橄欖油150ml,
做法:
1)將蔬菜切粒,熱水煮諗,蒜蔥切蓉
2)將意粉煮8分鐘
3)油鍋下蒜蔥蓉將蜆煮熟加白酒,倒入意粉,再放入其他蔬菜,炒勻,加入橄欖油,胡椒粉,上碟。
