材料:
排骨7件,咸蛋黃4個,牛油40g
醃料:雞粉一小匙,糖一小匙,鹽1/2小匙,生粉一茶匙,蛋漿適量
調味料: 雞粉1/2匙,糖一小匙
做法:
咸蛋黃用160度焗15分鐘,排骨用醃料加蛋漿醃10分鐘,用半煎炸熟至成金黃色,另下牛油,蛋黃,調味料,放入排骨炒勻。
