豉油雞髀(電飯煲)

 材料:

雞髀2隻,蔥2條,生抽3匙,老抽一匙,酒一匙,五香粉半匙,蒜粉一匙,蠔油半匙

做法:

1)先用酒,生老抽,用手抺勻全身,醃5分鐘,把汁倒出加入蒜粉,蠔油拌勻

2)把蔥油薑放入煲底,再放雞腿,倒入汁料,按掣。
