焗香茅雞翼

 材料:

雞翼一磅,魚露1-1/2 湯匙,青檸1/2 個, 薑蓉2匙, 五香粉1/2 匙,沙薑粉1/2匙,小辣椒🌶️一只,香茅條切碎2支

做法:

1)雞吸干水,加魚露,青檸水,香茅碎,薑蓉,五香粉,沙薑粉,小辣椒醃2小時

2)放在焗盤上,以425F。焗25分鐘。
