材料:
合桃50g, 白米25g, 冰糖適量,水4碗
做法:
1)米浸4小時,合桃浸半小時,將合桃加一碗水打攪,另一碗水加入米打攪5分鐘。
2)2碗滾水加冰糖煮溶,加入合桃漿文火拌勻,然後加入米漿,轉慢火伴至稠即可。
