材料:
雞扒(隨意)
醃料(生抽老抽醤油各3匙),蜜糖一匙,蠔油2匙,胡椒粉一匙。
做法:
雞加入醃料醃半小時,把雞扒煎至金黃色,再倒入剩下的料汁轉小火煎煮29分鐘,最後大火收汁,上碟。
