咖喱魚蛋

 材料:

炸豆腐粒/豆腐干/白羅蔔適量,魚蛋一包,干蔥頭切碎,洋蔥半個,蒜蓉一匙,糖一大匙,蠔油一大匙,海洋醬半匙,磨豉醬一匙,咖哩醬l-1/2匙,雞粉一匙,水2杯,椰奶一罐

做法:

1)燒熱2匙油下干蔥蒜茸,洋蔥爆香,加入咖喱醬炒,倒入調味醤油,水煮滾,再放入魚蛋,羅蔔等材料中火煮8分鐘。
