芒果慕斯蛋糕



不用烤箱的蛋糕,冰涼爽口入口即化,炎熱的夏天吃。制作配料:

100克消化餅幹、40克軟化的黃油、15克吉

利丁片、50克牛奶、芒果、250克淡奶油、35克白糖

Ingredients: 100g digestive biscuits, 40g softened

butter, 15g gelatin slices, 50g milk, mango, 250g dairy

whipping cream, 35g white sugar
