材料:
鮑魚8只,酒 50ml, 糟滷400ml(水1:3糟鹵), 水 150ml, 鮑魚汁1湯匙, 雞汁l1湯匙, 紅辣椒🌶️一只。
做法:
1)先將鮮鮑魚放入沸水轉慢火煮約5分鐘關火,焗10分鐘,冰水過冷河。
2)將所有汁料混合拌勻,放入鮑魚浸一夜,即可。
