 皮:

1)粉500g,鹽1g,水280g (80度以上熱水)

材料:

碎肉,蛋2只,蔥薑粒,老抽生抽,蠔油,油,洒,雞粉,胡椒粉,鹽,糖,花椒油(用熱油炸花椒粒)
