 皮：

1）粉500g，鹽1g，水280g （80度以上熱水）

材料：

碎肉，蛋2只，蔥薑粒，老抽生抽，蠔油，油，洒，雞粉，胡椒粉，鹽，糖，花椒油（用熱油炸花椒粒）
