材料:
雞一只,薑,洋蔥,蔥,鹽焗雞粉一包
做法:
1)雞用鹽焗雞粉抹遍全身內外,醃一夜
2) 電飯煲四周底部抹上油
3)底部放一層,薑片,洋蔥
4)放入雞,淋入小許油
5) 按製,中途翻面一次(20分鐘)
