材料:
叉燒肉300g,沙薑粉1-1/2匙,八角粉一匙,肉桂粉一匙,干蔥蓉一匙,薑蓉一匙,,鹽一匙,生粉一匙,玫瑰酒3匙,叉燒醬6匙,(另用小許油加蔥頭3粒,蒜頭7粒炸油)
做法:
1)將豬肉切成長扁,敲打一會,下各種味料加蒜油生粉搞勻醃肉一晚,
2)用250-300度焗10分鐘,拿出掃蜜糖再焗10分鐘,反轉再掃蜜糖,用150度焗10分鐘,即可。
