材料:
腰果110g, 豆奶漿60ml, 楓葉糖漿一湯匙,椰子油30ml,鹽小許,雲呢拿油1/2小匙,無花果2個, 低筋麵粉100g, 杏仁粉40g, 糖30g, 鹽小許,油50g, 杏仁奶3大匙,
做法:
1)將所有粉拌勻,再倒入油,杏奶,搓勻,壓平放入模中,用叉吉孔,用180-200度焗15-20分鐘。
2)將所有餡料放入攪拌機打成漿,倒入模中,上面放上無花果(切片),入雪柜4小時或一晩。
