雞中翼11隻 (454g)
淘大瑞士汁1杯、清水 2/3杯
雞翼解凍, 洗淨, 瀝乾。
將淘大瑞士汁及清水煮滾。
放入雞翼煮滾後, 以小火煮8分鐘, 熄火, 再浸2分鐘即成。
