蛋炒紅蘿蔔椰菜絲

 


汁料先混合:

生抽2匙,老抽小許,蠔油1匙,鹽1小匙,糖1小匙

做法:

先下油炒蛋上鍋備用,另

炒熟菜加入蛋,再倒入汁料,炒勻上碟。
