饅頭


 

材料: 

麵粉 300g, 水(液體)體200g

做法:

1)用100g 粉,加水60g +白酒60g+白酒60g,搓勻入雪櫃放過一夜

2)剩下的200g,加(1)粉漿,混合搓勻
