蝦仁魚滑讓藕片
材料: 蓮藕,蝦仁,魚滑,紅蘿蔔粒,蔥花,麻油 做法: 1)先裝修蓮藕切薄片,浸鹽水 2)現成魚滑,加入蝦仁,紅蘿蔔粒,蔥粒,麻油,撈勻 3)讓入藕片上,夾起像餃子樣 4)熱鍋底放入薑片(放平),將藕餃放在薑片上淋-圈油,蓋上蓋煮熱-會,開蓋淋上_圈花雕酒,再煮上5分鐘,上碟。
